It came on Tuesday! Veganomicon, the Harry Potter 7 of cookbooks! This aerial photograph is of the to-die-for Chickpea Cutlets, with some mashed Adirondack blue potatoes, garlicky kale, and the Kalamata Spread on a baguette.
