Embarrassing
To admit how much better I look when I take the time to WASH MY FACE in the morning.
I know, I am a fucking slob. This morning I actually took a shower before work and I washed my face. I look like Helen of Fucking Troy. Yesterday I looked like Jack Lemmon.
Lesson learned!

Yeah, I'm more than a bit ashamed and hugely irritated with myself that I have gotten so bad about this as I have gotten older.
Not only do I look better, but my skin FEELS better the nexgt day.
I'm just so lazy, is the thing.
